1. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

KNKO Global LLC provides marketing and "back office" services for home service providers. By opting into our SMS program, you will receive automated and manual text messages regarding account notifications, project updates, customer care, and marketing offers related to our digital agency services.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number and selecting the opt-in checkbox on our contact forms, you authorize KNKO Global LLC to send text messages to the number provided. Consent for SMS messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services and the nature of your project.

4. Rates and Costs

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.

5. Help and Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at info@knkoglobal.com.

6. Opt-Out and Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up as you did the first time.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
